Byron Beauty is a newly built and spacious home located just an easy 10 minute walk from Byron's main hub of shops, restaurants and cafes.

Split over two levels this house provides plenty of space for all guests, with two separate living spaces, multiple large screen TVs, lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy and a large well-stocked kitchen.

Guests will enjoy the high ceilings, tiled floors, modern kitchen and large covered north facing veranda with garden views.

The house is situated on a quiet residential street just a short walk from beach, restaurants, cafes and shops and just around the corner from large sports grounds with football, cricket and rugby fields, practice wickets, tennis, netball, croquet courts and lawn bowls.

This home is perfectly situated within easy walking distance to the popular Clarkes beach and Beach Cafe, as well as the renowned Top Shop Cafe which is a great place for fabulous coffee, gourmet snacks and the daily paper.

The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a queen bed and walk-in robe.
Two other spacious bedrooms with queen beds are located on the ground floor.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Two double sofa beds are also available for use if needed.
Please advise when booking if you require the sofa beds to be made up.
