Above the Pass is a modern beach house with a gorgeous timber, coastal feel throughout. The house is perfectly perched just above the world famous Pass surf break and surrounded by pleasant tropical gardens. One of the homes best features is the floor to ceiling glass doors and windows that just flood the living rooms with natural sunlight and the polished timber floors compliment the stylish modern furnishings throughout.

The home offers an interesting yet functional layout - perfect for holidays - whether you area family or a small group of friends sharing the home. The central well equipped kitchen serves the lovely lounge room, the decks and or the private patio area. There is a range of areas to entertain and eat in or relax at any time of the day.

The lounge and living areas enjoy a beautiful north aspect with ocean views that extend across the Bay and to the hinterland ranges beyond. The sunsets are quite spectacular as well.

A short stroll downhill and you are at The Pass and Clarkes Beach. If you are feeling energetic, the Cape Byron Walking Track up to the Lighthouse Reserve is just across the street. The Pass Cafe is just 2 minute walkaway and perfect for morning coffee or lunch after a swim. The boardwalk will also take you all the way into town.
