There are two generous bedrooms and one bathroom in the unit. Both bedrooms include ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a queensize bed, the second 2 singles has a double bed.
The apartment's open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge opens out onto a north facing covered verandah overlooking the sparkling pool and surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens. An ideal spot to unwind with family and friends after a long day in the surf and sand. The apartment is located approximately 800 metres to Clarkes Beach through a nature reserve and about 1km into town centre.

If you are looking for beautiful and very handy beachside holiday accommodation with a great family beach on one side and the Byron town centre with all it has to offer on the other, then look no further than Clarkes Beach. It is patrolled by surf lifesavers in the summer months and also offers great surfing at The Pass, a famous spot close to Lighthouse Road and opposite an amazing bush track to the Byron Bay Lighthouse. Divide your days between some retail therapy and foodie adventures in town and this idyllic beach, which is protected from big swells for most of the year and offers small waves, rock pools, snorkelling and learning to surf activities as well as windsurfing, body boarding and paragliding.
This property is fully self contained and is not a serviced property. You will need to bring all toiletry items and supply your own washing powder, dish detergent, toilet paper and food.
All linen and towels are provided however you will need to bring your own beach towels.
